OVERNIGHT MATCHA CHIA OATS

Ingredients:

Serving size: 4  

  • 2 Cups rolled oats  

  • 4 Dashes of cinnamon (or preference, I’m very Generous with cinnamon )

  • A pinch of sea salt 

  • 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup  

  • 2-3 - 1/4 Teaspoons of vanilla extract  

  • 1 matcha packet  

  • 3 Cups of almond milk  

  • 5 Tablespoons of chia seeds  

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store it in the fridge overnight.  

Toppings:

Top it with anything you like. I top it with banana and blueberries.
